What to Expect During IV Treatment

You will be welcomed to a comfortable space where you’ll be seated in a relaxing chair. You will be informed about the vitamins you will be receiving, and your needle will be placed. If the thought of the needle bothers you, please note that it’s no different than the normal pinch you’d feel at the doctor’s office — and the relief from the migraine will be very well worth the tiny feeling of the needle. Your IV bag will be mixed, the IV drip will be connected, and you will relax for approximately 30-60 minutes as the nutrients enter your bloodstream and do their work. A member of our staff will always be nearby in case you need someone. Once the drip is finished, it will be disconnected and the IV will be removed.
